1. Using our services

By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. Each engagement is also governed by a separate written agreement or proposal.

2. For candidates

• Give us accurate information in your profile and resume
• Show up for interviews you committed to
• Tell us promptly if your availability changes

3. For clients

• Share accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Give timely feedback on candidates we send
• Honour the fees and timelines we agreed on

4. Fees and payment

Our fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may attract interest or pause ongoing services.

5. Confidentiality

Both sides agree to keep sensitive business and personal information private. We do not share your data beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

6. Limitations

We act as a facilitator between candidates and employers, and between businesses and digital outcomes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using our services.

7. Intellectual property

Everything on this site — content, branding, design — belongs to Radhey Consultancy. Do not copy or reproduce it without our written permission.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in our place of business.
